What are your Swimming goals this year?
Qualifying for the Australian Dolphins and competing in the 2023 Campaign.

How about your Swimming goals for the next 5 years?
Working towards a third Olympic qualification in 2024.

What motivates you to pursue these goals?
I love the process of working hard on something in training and then seeing the results in a race - whether that be in the overall time or a specific skill... the act of working to better myself as an athlete motivates me every day!

Do you have any pre-race rituals that you swear by?
I always stand on the left side of the blocks.

What meal do you love, but can't tell Craig you indulge in every now and then?
Dark chocolate always gets me.

If you could compete anywhere in the world, where would it be and why?
Anywhere in Europe! I've been fortunate to travel a lot for swimming over the years but I haven't made it there yet.

What are your main interests away from training and competing?
Outside of swimming, I have just started my law degree so that keeps me busy. Apart from that, I love finding new cafes and restaurants to try. I also love to read and write, and I am always up to date with whatever is going on in pop culture.

Do your parents or siblings share any special sporting talents?
My brother was a great triathlete/cyclist himself, and was also my training group's assistant coach leading into the Tokyo Olympics.
