Things are heating up in Gwangju at World Champs with the swimming kicking off on Sunday 21 July. Every single day of competition there will be at least one of the 11 F-Teamers stepping up to the blocks, plenty of F-Team action and world class swimming ahead!
Aimee's main event at Gwangju will be the 400 IM on the final day of World Champs.
Want to know which F-Team events are a must see? We'll break it down for you. Team GB athlete Aimee Willmott in the 400 IM on the final day of competition is one to watch. Aimee claimed the 400 IM title in a huge victory at the Commonwealth Games last year and since then has been consistently delivering impressive times. Currently ranked 5th in the world we can't wait to see what Aimee brings to Gwangju!
Jack McLoughlin is looking for a podium finish in the 400 Free.
Olympian and Commonwealth Games Champion Jack McLoughlin will be racing in the 400 Free on Day 1, Sunday 21 July. Jack's calm and composed personality means he's been flying under the radar leading into the event, but being ranked 4th in the world in the 400 Free means he's in with a good chance to medal this World Champs. Commonwealth Games swimmer Nathania Van Niekerk will be swimming for South Africa in the 200 Back on Friday July 26. Syria's Fly King, Ayman Kelzieh currently holds National Records in all fly distances and will be bringing his best to Gwangju in the 100 and 200 Fly. Richard Nagy has already represented Slovakia at 3 World Champs and the 2016 Olympic Games and will be competing again, swimming in mix of distance freestyle and IM events.
